Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Web Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring the best user experience for our clients through engaging, responsive, and high-performing web applications. The position will begin as a fully remote role and gradually transition to an office or hybrid setting as we establish our operations in Egypt.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing web applications.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide constructive feedback to enhance design decisions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, performing necessary optimizations to improve performance, stability, and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance development processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or Cypress) for ensuring code quality.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, or Context API) to manage application state effectively.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
