Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is essential.
  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a freelance or agency capacity.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' language skills accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
