JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and visionary Program Director to lead our initiatives in optimizing project execution and driving successful infrastructure developments throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management and will be instrumental in steering multidimensional projects that align with our commitment to excellence and the goals outlined in Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government entities, and partners, to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain program performance metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress and outcomes.
- Identify risks and challenges within the program and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.

- Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working in the Middle East, particularly within the Saudi Arabia construction landscape, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
