One of our client working on Saudi Arabia hiring :
CNC Operator
Job will be full time , Onsite KSA
Job available for Egyptian only
Responsibilities:
• Reading and understanding technical drawings to accurately set up machines for production.
• Selecting appropriate CNC programs and entering them into the machine.
• Inputting tool data and parameters into the machine, ensuring that the machine is set to produce
parts as per the specifications.
• Setting up and aligning the device and tools for turning or milling operations.
• Understanding clamping techniques, tools, and reference points to ensure precise machining.
• Establishing and setting reference points as required for each part.
• Producing the first piece, inspecting and measuring it on the machine to verify accuracy.
• Deciding whether to continue production or hand the piece over to Quality Control (QS) for
further inspection.
• Adjusting tolerances to ensure precision after receiving approval from the QS department.
• Transferring setup positions and parameters to the CNC machine operator for stable and
consistent production.
• Providing clear instructions to the machine operators to ensure a smooth production process.
• Communicating with the CNC programmer to ensure correct setup and resolve any programming-
related issues.
• Informing the production supervisor when the machine setup is complete.
• Completing all required documentation for traceability and quality control.

Job Requirements:
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings to ensure parts are machined to exact
specifications.
• Familiarity with different CNC controls, such as Siemens and Fanuc to ensure effective machine
operation.
• Ensuring that CNC programs produce consistent, high-quality parts and adhering to stability in
quality throughout production.
• Knowledge of program documentation and the need for adhering to work instructions.
• At least 5 years of experience or a degree in mechanical engineering.
