Chain Reaction is looking for Traffic Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, tracking the progress of client deliverables, and ensuring timely completion within the agreed scope of work. Work closely with the social media department to align creative deliverables with campaigns and manage the assignment of tasks within the creative team.

The Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing the workflow and coordination of projects across creative, marketing, and production teams. You will ensure the smooth execution of campaigns by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while optimizing efficiency and minimizing bottlenecks.

With experience in the advertising field, you will play a key role in streamlining processes to help brands effectively deliver their message, product, and campaigns. Your ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and liaise between departments ensures seamless project execution from briefing to final delivery.

Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset will be critical in maintaining a structured and efficient workflow, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling and prioritize client deliverables, ensuring on-time completion.
  • Enter client briefs into the traffic system, assign tasks to the creative team, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency by adjusting timelines and resources as needed.
  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely production of content aligned with campaign schedules.
  • Manage creative resources, track utilization, and address bottlenecks to optimize production.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project or traffic management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Proven experience in managing creative workflows with a focus on video production and design.
  • Proficiency in project management and traffic management tools.
  • Expertise in digital marketing workflows and creative production processes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proactive in resolving issues related to timelines and resources.
  • Ensures high-quality standards in all deliverables.
  • Strong team player with experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising between teams and clients.
