Documents enhancements or changes to a product or process using a standardized style and structure and collects all related technical information to be reflected in the documentation.
Uses a variety of editing, content management, diagramming, screen capture, and other documentation tools and recommends improvements to the documentation process including identifying best practices and establishing documentation templates.
Writes easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
Obtains a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
Collaborates and confers with stakeholders to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, and technical specifications.
Researches, creates, and maintains information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allows for easy data migration
Must always be diligent in protecting company data confidentiality.

5+ years of experience in technical writing
Mastering writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
General awareness of fintech and understanding of electronic payments main concepts
Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp)
Good communication skills and ability to manage work with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
Commitment to organization’s business needs and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, QC engineers and business development representatives.
