  • Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and shortlisting candidates for various company positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through diverse recruitment channels, specifically for Sales Departments.
  • Draft and create job descriptions, Talent Acquisition reports, and offer letters.
  • Explore new recruitment avenues to enhance the organization’s outreach and promote company growth.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal departments during the onboarding process.
  • Present job offers and negotiate employment terms as necessary.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 4-7 years of related experience in HR. Real-estate Experience is a plus.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
