We are looking for an SAP HR Track Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead HR-focused initiatives within the SAP framework, lead the HR team, and ensure the effective deployment and enhancement of SAP HR solutions. Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, you will collect requirements, design comprehensive solutions, and supervise project execution while guaranteeing alignment with overall business objectives.<\/p>

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Create and execute the detailed HCM track plan
  • Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time
  • Reviews key deliverables
  • Communicate track status updates based
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports
  • Challenge the implementation team in solution design and tasks durations
  • Manage integration areas with other streams
  • Minimum of 10years of experience in SAP HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven expertise in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Strong track record of successful project delivery within the SAP HR landscape.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in change management and training development is a plus.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are preferred
