Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, offering necessary technical guidance
- Collaborate with various teams to outline and evaluate software requirements
- Design and implement scalable and resilient software applications employing .Net and Angular
- Uphold coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and discover enhancement opportunities
- Diagnose and rectify technical issues and bugs
- Work alongside project managers to guarantee smooth project completion within set timelines and financial parameters
- Remain informed about emerging industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in full-stack development
- Solid expertise in .Net framework, C#, and Angular
- Proficient in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience in leading and training a team of developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of software development practices and methodologies
- Extensive experience in database architecture and SQL
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
