Finance Analyst

Job Description
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly accounting reports, including MIS.
- Compile and analyze financial information for effective decision-making.
- Prepare cash flow statements, MIS reports, doctors' performance analyses, and other relevant reports.
- Present reports and interact with management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all aspects of financial accounting are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager, General Manager, and Administrator.
- Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
- Interact with internal and external auditors to complete audits.
- Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on fiscal matters.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly budget variance and financial reports for top management review.
- Provide accounting policy orientation for new employees.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described, as assigned by the Accounts and Finance Manager.
- Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards, and procedures, and cooperate with hospital management to meet these requirements.
- Work in accordance with documented OSH procedures and instructions.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Notify OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and issues, and assist with the preparation of risk assessments and incident reports.
- Comply with waste management procedures and policies.
- Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Commerce required.
- Two years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare institution, with demonstrated administrative skills.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel, and familiar with accounting software.
