General Objective of the Job:

To enhance innovation within the authority by developing and implementing innovative strategies and initiatives that align with global digital trends, and to organize partnerships and collaboration between the public and private sectors, with a focus on improving digital government performance. This includes establishing appropriate frameworks and methodologies, using research to stimulate innovative solutions, and anticipating the digital future in a way that strengthens the authority's position as a leading entity in the field of government innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Assist in preparing a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the authority's and sector's strategies by identifying goals and projects and developing performance indicators to monitor results, with the aim of enhancing innovation and guiding the authority towards achieving its strategic goals in digital transformation.

2- Analyze the development of innovative frameworks and methodologies applicable at all levels of the authority and the government sector using best practices, with the goal of improving the capacity to adopt and support innovation across all government processes and systems.

3- Assist in building a strategic network of key innovation partners through collaboration with government entities and the private sector, aimed at accelerating the application of innovative solutions and enhancing effective partnerships in technology.

4- Analyze and test a range of future hypotheses, and outline potential scenarios for digital government, with the aim of developing proactive innovative solutions to address current and future challenges.

5- Maintain the development and updating of the digital innovation roadmap in partnership with local and international stakeholders, aimed at guiding the authority towards a digital future using the best global experiences and practices.

6- Detail the operational plans for innovative initiatives and identify resource requirements in collaboration with relevant sectors, with the aim of implementing innovation projects efficiently and achieving tangible results.

7- Assist in conducting necessary research to design new innovative experiences and share inputs and recommendations with the digital experiences department, aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of innovative initiatives within the authority.

8 - Coordinate with the consulting and studies department to identify research requirements that support innovation, with the aim of providing the necessary information and studies to stimulate and support innovation strategies.

9- Assist in disseminating best practices and innovative successes through workshops and training, aimed at raising awareness of the importance of innovation and motivating teams to actively participate in achieving innovation.

10- Anticipate the future of digital government by testing hypotheses and outlining innovative scenarios for future challenges, with the aim of developing proactive solutions that keep pace with changes and improve the performance of digital government in the future.

11- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the field of work, as assigned by the direct manager.
