An EA & Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Key duties include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, coordinating travel, overseeing office supplies and facilities, and assisting with HR or finance tasks. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support leadership and maintain an efficient office environment.

MUST BE BASED IN UAE ALREADY

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Acting as a point of contact between the executives and the external or internal

colleagues

  • Handling correspondence
  • Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to

improve current systems

  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records

database

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facility
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Technical competencies and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Professional discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Sound understanding of entire MS Office suite
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and with strong decision-making skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key

stakeholders
