JOB-SPECIFIC

Responsible for the safety and well-being of all Guests and Colleagues at Aquarabia Water Theme Park.

Assist in daily operations, ensuring all aquatic attractions are up to standard.

Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with Aquatics Risk Management protocols.

Adhere to Qiddiya Core Values and respond to emergencies, providing first aid as necessary.

Meet safety standards consistent with local and international guidelines.

Engage in proactive interactions with guests to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Effectively manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to guest safety and satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest and colleague areas.

Be available for scheduled shifts during peak times, including holidays and weekends as directed by Management.

Maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as directed by Management to support operational success.
