Join the team at Six Flags Qiddiya City as a pivotal member of our Guest Operations department! We are building a candidate pool for future openings in this exciting area, where your focus will be on ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

As a Guest Operations Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, engaging them with enthusiasm and providing assistance throughout their visit. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including guest relations, ticketing, and providing information about attractions and park facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases, questions, and concerns, offering accurate information as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage guest flow, ensuring a smooth entry and exit experience for all visitors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle lost and found items, resolving issues related to lost belongings in a timely manner.
  • Assist in enforcing park rules and regulations while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and orderliness throughout the park.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about current attractions, policies, and guest service protocols.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is a plus.

Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
