Experience required: 3 years in holding companies listed on the Saudi market and trading firms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop policies and procedures, ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations, review internal systems to ensure compliance, identify risks, prepare reports, conduct periodic monitoring of operations, and cooperate with auditors.
