Accountant

Gautam General Trading LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an essential part of our finance department, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks that play a critical role in the smooth operation of our financial practices.

Age: 25-40 years

Salary Budget: 3,000 to 4,000 AED

Qualification: Any graduate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record all types of vouchers in Tally ERP9
• Verify and analyze invoices and bills
• Manage accounts payable data entry and process payments
• Handle accounts receivable operations
• Conduct banking transactions
• Reconcile banks, debtors, and stock

Moreover, you will be responsible for:

• Examining, analyzing, and preparing financial records and statements
• Administering payrolls while controlling expenditure and income
• Maintaining all relevant documents
• Providing crucial financial information to management through research and analysis of accounting data

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• University degree in commerce or a related field
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Familiarity with local accounting standards is essential
