Position: Quality Supervisor

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  

Quality Management:

• Lead and maintain quality management systems in alignment with COPRECI Group standards and ISO certifications.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor machine availability and productivity to meet defined performance goals.
• Implement safety, environmental, order, and cleanliness protocols.
• Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (SIG) to support customer satisfaction and a safe work environment.
• Quality Assurance and Control:
• Oversee daily quality processes before, during, and after production to ensure consistency.
• Measure defect rates, analyze data, and identify trends to drive improvement initiatives.
• Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Facilitate product certification processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to monitor and improve quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment.

• CP & CPk (Process Capability)
• 7 Quality Tools
• 5S Methodology
• QMS (Quality Management System)
• ISO Standards (9001, 14000, etc.)
• 8D Problem Solving
• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

Working Conditions :

Working Days: Sunday -Thursday

Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM

Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Work Location: 10th of Ramadan
