• Assisting the Project Management Department in the coordination and management of various real estate development projects at different stages (feasibility, design, and construction)
• Support the project team in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks
• Conducting market and site analysis 
• Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for clients and internal use 
• Participating in meetings and discussions with project teams and clients 
• Support the team with business development and acquisition activities
• Potential for independent project work and taking on other responsibilities under the guidance of experienced colleagues 
  
  

Your Profile

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
• Previous experience or internships in the real estate or construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus 
• Based in the UAE with applicable residence visa
• Communication skills, teamwork, and reliability
