As the Operations Manager at Dingli, you will be at the forefront of managing our operational processes, ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness in our warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipment receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operations and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency.
3. Manage budgets and forecasts for warehouse operations, ensuring all financial objectives are met.
4. Develop and enforce policies for warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and industry regulations.
5. Responsible for all related supply chain activities with Dingli in China, including importation of new machines and spare parts.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities with production, logistics, and customer service departments.
7. Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport/courier companies and engage in internal cross functional coordination.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams to improve performance and foster a positive work environment.
9. Maintain accountability for tracking inventory and conducting routine audits to ensure accuracy.
10. Innovate warehouse layout and environment to optimize space and efficiency.
11. Stay updated with latest industry trends and implement best practices in warehouse management.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Proficient in English and Arabic, in both written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the machinery or construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and warehouse operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
