🎯 Role Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of our Dubai
operations by building strategic partnerships, securing corporate tie-ups, and driving student
acquisition. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the institute while working
alongside passionate stakeholders from India and the UAE.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute business development strategies to meet enrollment and revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, and governmentbodies.
Develop B2B and B2C partnerships to create training pipelines and placement alliances. Represent the brand at networking events, educational expos, and industry forums. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution. Mentor junior team members and set monthly/quarterly targets. Prepare sales presentations, pitch decks, and MoUs with prospective partners. Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue progress using CRM and reporting tools. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
