🎯 Role Overview:

As our Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of our Dubai

operations by building strategic partnerships, securing corporate tie-ups, and driving student

acquisition. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the institute while working

alongside passionate stakeholders from India and the UAE.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute business development strategies to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, and government
  • bodies.

  • Develop B2B and B2C partnerships to create training pipelines and placement alliances.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, educational expos, and industry forums.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and set monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Prepare sales presentations, pitch decks, and MoUs with prospective partners.
  • Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue progress using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

    • Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in business development, preferably in theeducation or training sector.• Proven track record of driving B2B/B2C growth and meeting sales targets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics, including regulatory compliance.• Existing network with educational institutions, HR heads, and L&D professionals is highlypreferred.• Self-starter with leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.• 💳 UAE Driving License is mandatory.• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
