Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female School Principal to lead our school in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of school operations, and experience in a leadership role within UAE schools.

Position Details

• Curriculum: American
• Experience: UAE experience as a school principal is mandatory
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the school’s academic and operational functions
• Ensure curriculum implementation and high-quality teaching standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Oversee staff recruitment, development, and performance
• Maintain compliance with UAE educational regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Proven school leadership experience in the UAE (Principal, Vice Principal, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with MOE regulations and school accreditation processes
• A passion for student success and faculty development
