We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Restaurant Construction & Fit-Out projects. The candidate must possess extensive experience in the restaurant industry, be of Arabic nationality, and be ready to start immediately.
**Education & Experience:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction and fit-out sector, with a focus on restaurant and commercial projects.
- Strong familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations pertinent to restaurant projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are preferred.
