We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specialized in restaurant construction and fit-out to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations, and lead the project team to successful completion. The position requires immediate availability.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required, particularly within the construction and fit-out sector of restaurants and commercial projects. A strong understanding of the Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations related to restaurant projects is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are preferred.
