GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - BEIRUT OR DUBAI

Summary

Eptalex is seeking a Group Operations Director to oversee the implementation of firm-wide initiatives and ensure operational excellence across our international offices. This is a senior execution role (COO-level) responsible for aligning and coordinating all internal operations, marketing, training, technology, and administrative functions across the group.

Prerequisites

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in operations or business management (legal/professional services preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Experience working with multi-office, international structures
• Familiarity with legal marketing, HR, technology tools, and compliance
• Based in Beirut or Dubai
  
  

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the firm’s strategy and KPIs as set by the Board
• Oversee group-wide marketing, directory submissions, and communications
• Coordinate global events, webinars, and branding efforts
• Standardize HR policies and training programs across all offices
• Manage the development and rollout of a practice management/ERP system
• Maintain databases for clients, partners, and conflict checks
• Support RFPs, client pitches, and business development coordination
• Submit monthly reports and oversee external service providers
