Role Overview:
Elite Solutions is seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer & Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital products and platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design: Develop user interface designs, interactive prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and product requirements.
- Front-End Development: Translate design concepts into responsive and functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience of applications and websites.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure design and development alignment.
- Visual Identity: Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all digital touchpoints, adhering to design guidelines and standards.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices to enhance inclusivity and user experience for all users.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to drive innovation and enhancement of UI/UX designs.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and front-end development work.
- Passion for user-centered design, creativity, and problem-solving.
