Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new computers with the operating system and required applications for end users.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues effectively.
  • Diagnose system errors and other technical issues.
  • Respond to user queries via email or phone in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to networks and computer systems.
  • Follow up with staff to ensure full resolution of reported issues.
  • Provide remote support to make changes and fix problems as needed.
  • Run reports to analyze common complaints, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Keep hardware and software systems up-to-date to ensure optimal performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
  • MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) 2012 or 2016 certification (Mandatory).
  • A+ and N+ certifications or equivalent knowledge.
  • Preferred: CCNA certification.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
