Key Responsibilities:
Prepare new computers with the operating system and required applications for end users.
Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues effectively.
Diagnose system errors and other technical issues.
Respond to user queries via email or phone in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to networks and computer systems.
Follow up with staff to ensure full resolution of reported issues.
Provide remote support to make changes and fix problems as needed.
Run reports to analyze common complaints, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
Keep hardware and software systems up-to-date to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) 2012 or 2016 certification (Mandatory).
A+ and N+ certifications or equivalent knowledge.
Preferred: CCNA certification.
Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
