Aesen Group is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Executive. In this role, you will be a key player in driving our HR initiatives and promoting a strong organizational culture. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. As a proactive HR professional, you will also contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees as well as exit process.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processes and audits to ensure required documents are up to date.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee feedback sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with PRO to monitor and maintain up to date records of resident visa, visa application, etc.
  • Coordinate training and update training documentation.
  • Manage HR events and support HR initiatives/projects/tasks as assigned.
  • Be the contact point for all HR enquiries and provide HR advice.
  • Responsible for HR administration such as updating organisation chart, job descriptions, issuance of Company welcome notes, salary letters, NOC's etc.
  • Situationally aware and prepared to step up during absence of seniors.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, UAE & KSA employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Applicants with relevant experience in offshore or shipping companies will be an added advantage.
