Aesen Group is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Executive. In this role, you will be a key player in driving our HR initiatives and promoting a strong organizational culture. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. As a proactive HR professional, you will also contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees as well as exit process.
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processes and audits to ensure required documents are up to date.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with PRO to monitor and maintain up to date records of resident visa, visa application, etc.
- Coordinate training and update training documentation.
- Manage HR events and support HR initiatives/projects/tasks as assigned.
- Be the contact point for all HR enquiries and provide HR advice.
- Responsible for HR administration such as updating organisation chart, job descriptions, issuance of Company welcome notes, salary letters, NOC's etc.
- Situationally aware and prepared to step up during absence of seniors.
