Your responsibilities

Main purpose of the job:

• Ensures the deployment of Autoneum Supplier Quality Assurance approach throughout the project
  
  

towards the selected suppliers and in accordance with relevant standards and customer requirements.

• Promotes Autoneum Supplier Quality Assurance approach at suppliers and internally.
• Ensures introduction of new suppliers in line with the Autoneum Global Supplier Manual.
• Supports Tooling in case of claims for the related commodity: auditing, workshops, escalation.
• Supports Quality BGEU for all initiatives related to the continuous improvement of the supplier

Main tasks:

• Supports Purchasing for the relevant to introduce new supplier when needed: supplier auditing /
  
  

supplier approval

• Controls and validate requalification plan for the purchased material as well as the duties and
  
  

responsibilities of our supplier in development and serial production

• Supports Purchasing and takes part in the supplier selection process
• Cooperate in creating and updating a supplier database with updated records of performance
• Creating quality control guidelines and protocols in cooperation with Tool Engineer
• Training new employees, suppliers, and vendors on quality assurance procedures and protocols
• Assessing products and supplies from vendors to ensure their quality and meet Autoneum

• Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with requirements and guidelines
• Conducting audits of quality system, process and product
• Completing system maintenance when necessary
• Acting as a liaison between vendors and company leaders, determining solutions to any challenges

• Visiting vendor facilities to ensure they uphold quality standards
• leading other employees involved in assessing supplier quality standards
• developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Required experience:
• Good background in automotive standards and systems ( VDA 6.3, IATF 16 949, IMDS, ISO 14001,
  
  

ISO 45001, Reach …).

• Good background in automotive quality methods & core tools ( PPAP, PPA, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPF,
  
  

PSW, 5Y, 5S, 8D, SPC, MSA …).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality including active auditing according to
  
  

automotive standards: VDA 6.3, IATF 16 949 …

• Required qualifications:
• Basic technical education (mechanical engineer or similar) or/and administrative education.
• Solid command of on side language and English.
• Main tools: MS-Office, Workplan, Teamcenter (PLM)
