- Handle roadside assistance requests including towing, recovery, and vehicle transport
- Maintain towing equipment and ensure vehicles are securely transported
- Follow standard procedures for customer service and safety
- Report daily operations and incidents accurately to the team
- Cooperate with logistics coordinators and update job status promptly
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch and logistics team
Requirements
- Valid Saudi Driving License for towing (flatbed or wheel-lift)
- Previous towing or roadside assistance experience preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
- Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious
