Bahwan CyberTek Group is looking for a proactive and organized Manager Administration - UAE to lead our administrative functions in the region. The Manager Administration will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing effective administrative policies and procedures that align with company goals.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative operations in the UAE office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team, conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to administration and operational efficiency.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships, ensuring that administrative needs are met.
  • Coordinate with senior management to support organizational objectives and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management for administrative functions, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and maintain administrative metrics to measure and improve performance within the team.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Prior experience in the UAE market is preferred.
