Associate - HR Business Partner

The Associate - Business Partner will provide critical support to the Human Resources team at Six Flags Qiddiya City. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee needs and drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices.
  • Conduct employment investigations and act as a mediator for all employment issues.
  • Handle complex cases from an HR point of view and provide full solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and provide guidance and resolution to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company-wide HR projects.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee performance evaluations, training programs, and talent development initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and implementation.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas for business growth.
  • Monitor industry developments and provide recommendations for business improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Support in the preparation of business reports and presentations for executive management.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with HR standards.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field
  • 1-6 years Experience of business development or relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards
