The Associate - Business Partner will provide critical support to the Human Resources team at Six Flags Qiddiya City. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee needs and drive organizational success.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Conduct employment investigations and act as a mediator for all employment issues.
- Handle complex cases from an HR point of view and provide full solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and provide guidance and resolution to employee inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company-wide HR projects.
- Support the HR team in managing employee performance evaluations, training programs, and talent development initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and implementation.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas for business growth.
- Monitor industry developments and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Support in the preparation of business reports and presentations for executive management.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with HR standards.
