Work within an integrated delivery team across multiple allocated projects with a view to the management of all Procurement related issues including, procurement strategies, Tender Event Schedules, Procurement Programming, EOI, RFP, BAFO, LAFO process plus overarching creation and formation of RFP’s ITT’s and where needed, contracts administration, providing cost direction for procurement best practice, reporting and mitigation of financial risk in dealing with Procurement needs. Lead a team of direct reports to be responsible for the multiple procurement strings over multiple projects. including but not limited to, procurement of consultants and contractors. Must have previous experience of managing cost planning consultants, project cost control, cash flow, contract administration cost reporting of all construction costs, up to and including Final account agreement.
