Rawafid is searching for an experienced BIM Manager to oversee and enhance our Building Information Modeling processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols for all projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate BIM project meetings to ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Manage the BIM execution plan and ensure adherence by all involved parties.
- Oversee the creation and review of detailed 3D models, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM staff and project teams.
- Identify and assess new technologies and software that can improve our BIM capabilities.
- Monitor and report on project performance related to BIM initiatives, recommending improvements as necessary.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Navisworks, and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D or MEP.
- Certified in Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in AutoCAD, Certified Professional in Building Information Modeling (CP-BIM) – RICS, and/or ISO 19650 Certification (BIM Information Management Certification)
- Strong understanding of BIM applications, industry standards, and workflows.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and changing technologies.
