Rawafid is looking for a highly organized and proactive BIM/Engineering Coordinator to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the integration of Building Information Modeling into our project workflows, ensuring effective collaboration between design and engineering teams. You will coordinate the activities of multiple disciplines, manage document control processes, and assist in the overall planning and execution of projects. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project data will be crucial in delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM processes and workflows across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members.
- Facilitate communication between engineering and design teams to support alignment and collaboration on project goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project-specific BIM execution plans.
- Track project progress, identifying issues and proposing solutions to enhance project performance.
- Support training initiatives by mentoring team members in BIM tools and processes.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on design and engineering coordination.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Control Systems or I&C or Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or engineering support within the construction industry.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MPE Revit, Plant 3D and Civil 3D.
- Certified in Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in AutoCAD, Certified Professional in Building Information Modeling (CP-BIM) – RICS, ISO 19650 Certification (BIM Information Management Certification)
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and document control systems is a plus.
