Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to creating a unique and immersive experience for its visitors, and we are seeking a Senior Manager Programs & Learning to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing educational curricula for our residential programs. You will ensure that our offerings are engaging, innovative, and aligned with the overall vision of Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive curricula for residential programs that cater to a diverse audience.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to develop educational content focused on various aspects of entertainment, culture, and the arts.
  • Ensure that all programs are engaging, inclusive, and align with best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula, making adjustments as necessary to enhance participant experience and learning outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to continually improve the educational offerings.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and facilitators involved in residential programs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of the curriculum with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for curriculum-related initiatives.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program management.
  • Strong background in experiential education, particularly within a residential setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging curricula that align with learners' needs and educational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using educational technologies and tools to enhance curriculum delivery.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
