InnovationTeam is a technology leader dedicated to delivering exceptional software solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in Siebel to join our innovative team.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer Siebel at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Siebel applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure high-quality releases.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Siebel's capabilities and be familiar with testing methodologies and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Siebel applications based on functional requirements.
- Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure optimal performance of Siebel systems.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Documenting defects and issues, providing detailed feedback to developers, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conducting root cause analysis on defects and recommending process enhancements.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and review sessions.
- Staying up-to-date with Siebel features and testing tools to improve testing efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance/testing roles.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Hands-on knowledge in creating, executing, and tracking test cases using tools like JIRA and TFS or similar tracking tools.
- Experience with API testing and database testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- English language proficiency written and spoken.
- Sieble experience is not mandatory but a big plus.
- Available for onsite, at client site, in Riyadh.
