Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a Cost Planning - Data & Analytics to join our Master Development Unit Team.

We are seeking a Cost Planning Data & Analytics professional to join the Master Development Unit (MDU) Cost Planning Team at Qiddiya. This is a strategic role focused on integrating data-driven insights across the masterplanning phases and community asset developments. The successful candidate will support multiple districts and teams across Qiddiya, delivering valuable insights that inform design, development, and cost planning decisions across the Master Development Unit (MDU).

This is not a traditional cost planning role — while experience in the built environment is essential, the focus is on data, benchmarking, and the practical application of design metrics to support construction and engineering outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and confident working across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the cleansing, development and maintenance of benchmarking data, cost databases, and unit rate libraries to support early-stage planning and design decisions.
• Produce and maintain clear, interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Collaborate with teams across the Master Development Unit (MDU) and wider Qiddiya business to interpret design metrics, development data, and commercial inputs.
• Provide regular market and cost insight reports to the Master Development Unit (MDU).
• Maintain a central repository of Master Development Unit (MDU) best practice templates and policy documents, ensuring team-wide accessibility and alignment.
• Assist in collating cost plan related governance papers, tracking actions and outcomes from internal governance committees.
