Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ahoy’s real estate platform in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, business development, marketing) to gather and translate requirements into product features.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of highvalue features.
- Work closely with the development team to guide the design, development, and launch of new features and platform enhancements.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive continuous product improvements.
- Ensure the platform meets standards for security, privacy, scalability, and usability.
- Gather client requirements and make sure to meet expectations within deadlines.
- Maintain close alignment with business KPIs, adapting product strategies as needed.
- (Optional but valuable) Apply any familiarity with the real estate domain to better anticipate user and market needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure devops).
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience managing full product lifecycles, from concept to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on business impact.
- Nice to have: Experience or familiarity with real estate technology, property management platforms, or community management solutions.
- Nice to have: Understanding of APIs, integrations, and marketplace environments.
