Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements across the MENA countries we operate in.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, contracts, benefits, and general queries.
  • Support compensation and benefits processes, liaising with external providers when needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Assist with the administration of benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies).
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs tailored for regional needs.
  • Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and generate feedback reports.
  • Administer and coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws.
  • Support HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, training programs, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the MENA region.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic 
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience.
