Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our expansion in the GCC region. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our B2B SaaS sales pipeline by generating qualified leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and booking meetings for the sales team. Your focus will be on identifying key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and creating meaningful first impressions to lay the foundation for successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential business clients in the GCC market.
  • Use a mix of outbound strategies including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and criteria.

2. Client Engagement

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in SaaS solutions.
  • Educate prospects about the product features, value propositions, and use cases tailored to regional industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, logistics, government, etc.).
  • Overcome objections and build rapport to nurture leads into qualified opportunities.

3. Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to hand over qualified leads and optimize conversion.
  • Share market feedback, prospect concerns, and messaging insights to improve campaigns and product-market fit.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with regional trends, regulations, and technology adoption in the GCC.
  • Understand competitor landscape and positioning within the market.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC business culture and practices.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with sales tools (e.g., CRM, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
