As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Client Relationship Executives, ensuring high standards of client servicing, seamless account management, and effective renewal strategies. You will be responsible for driving overall revenue, supporting the field sales team with meeting bookings, and closing deals by phone when necessary. You will require strong leadership, sales enablement, operational oversight, and a data-driven mindset to support business growth, client retention, and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Client Relationship Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and support professional development.
- Set clear goals aligned with company targets and monitor daily operations to ensure consistent performance and accountability.
Sales & Client Success Enablement:
- Take ownership of revenue targets and ensure the team is actively contributing to business growth.
- Support field sales teams by booking qualified meetings, preparing clients for demos, and following up to drive conversion.
- Step in to close deals over the phone when needed to help achieve team quotas and meet urgent client needs.
- Oversee smooth client onboarding and activation processes, ensuring timely credit allocation and usage tracking.
- Collaborate with sales teams to proactively manage account renewals and prevent churn.
- Ensure consistent delivery of Account Management (AM) reports, client engagement metrics, and data insights.
Process Management & Operational Excellence:
- Establish and enhance processes to track client satisfaction, ad performance, and compliance with listing standards.
- Coordinate and support Sales Effectiveness (SE) projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and scale best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and implement solutions that enhance the client experience.
Reporting & Insights:
- Analyse client data and team performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Track and report progress on team targets, renewal pipelines, deal conversion metrics, and client satisfaction scores
