JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement processes within the organization. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, and ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company goals and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.

 

Duties/Core Responsibilities:

-          Receive task force purchase requests from all business units.

-          Verify all received purchase requests as per the Task Force Policy.

-          Establish a team based on the project specialty.

-          Verify the Documents & PO are complied with the accomplished project

-          Verify a full documentation cycle before PO issuance process.

-          Issue POs for all accomplished projects.

-          Ensures timely delivery of goods and services to meet project requirements. 

-          Follow up with Warehouse and finance to close the requests.

-          Ensure that all purchase practice within procurement ethics policy.

-          Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

-          Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to faster collaboration and negotiate favorable terms

-          Conduct Market Analysis, market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, and new         suppliers.

-          Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.

-          Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement activities with       overall business strategies.

-          Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff and team members.

-          Ensure that procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.

-          Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

-          Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and service levels.

-          Prepare & update reports as per the requirement.

-          Preform any other task as assigned.

متطلبات الوظيفة

A.    Education and Training

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.

B.    Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing.

C.    Skills and Attributes

-          Strong negotiation and communication skills.

-          Proficiency in procurement software and tools, and advanced Excel skills.

-          Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

-          Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance

-          standards.

-          Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

-          Good Communication skills.

-          Analytical and Problem-solving skills

-          Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
