Techno-Functional Analyst - RCO (ALM/IRRBB)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Risk and Compliance Operations (RCO), particularly in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB). The ideal candidate will manage BAU run activities, coordinate project-related changes, work with logs and configurations, and interact with end users to gather requirements and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage BAU Run activities for ALM/IRRBB systems.
• Monitor and investigate system logs for errors and performance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and implement project changes and enhancements with relevant stakeholders.
• Upload configurations, trigger and monitor reruns, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with business users to understand scenarios, issues, and reporting needs.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, ensuring quick resolution of issues in coordination with upstream/downstream teams.
• Maintain documentation related to runbooks, configurations, and incident tracking.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across IT, Risk, and Finance to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role with focus on RCO / ALM / IRRBB.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and banking book interest rate risk.
• Experience with log analysis, batch monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, shell scripting, and possibly SAS, Python, or similar for data troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in configuration management and system reruns.
• Good communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle production support in a critical financial environment.
