Ensures the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, driving project management, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Own the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align different departments to execute strategy effectively.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify roadblocks and proactively solve challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the success of strategic initiatives through KPIs and reporting.
- Process Optimization: Improve workflows and execution frameworks for better efficiency.

- Experience in fintech, startups, or fast-growing industries is a plus.
