Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our real estate trustee operations. The ideal candidate will be the primary liaison between clients and our registration team, ensuring that property registration services are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients visiting the office for property registration and trustee services.
  • Guide clients through registration, transfer, mortgage, and release processes.
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness before initiating processing.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of all customer transactions in line with compliance policies.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in policies and service procedures to provide correct information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate or government-related services.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Land Department processes and regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and second language is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first mindset.
