Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our esteemed legal team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive legal support and strategic counsel on a variety of legal matters, helping to navigate the complex legal landscape associated with our groundbreaking projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely: (a) practical legal advice; and (b) responses to legal requests raised by other departments and/or subsidiaries.
- Lead technology-related transactions and matters from the Legal Department including, where necessary, managing external legal counsel and review their work product.
- Support in the development and implementation of processes aimed at avoiding regulatory/contract infringements as well as protecting QIC’s and/or its subsidiaries’ tangible and intangible assets.
- Effectively / efficiently work with legal counsel, ensure knowledge transfer internally, and training of junior team members.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in law and Master’s Degree in Law (LLM ); or
- Juris Doctorate (JD)
- Admission to practice in a common law jurisdiction is preferred.
- Admission to practice law in KSA is preferred.
- 7-10 preferred PQE (post qualification experience).
- 3-5 years of private practice experience in top-tier international law firms.
- Fluent in English.
