Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the future of entertainment, culture, and sports in Saudi Arabia, and is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager - HR Organizational Development. In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, drive employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be essential in aligning our people strategy with the ambitious vision of Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies that align with Qiddiya's goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and diagnoses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives through feedback and performance data.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a representative and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR to continually enhance Qiddiya's programs.
  • Foster a coaching culture by providing mentoring and guidance to managers and employees.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, assess needs, and measure the impact of programs and initiatives.
  • Experience in managing complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Passion for cultivating a positive organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
