Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies that align with Qiddiya's goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnoses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives through feedback and performance data.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a representative and inclusive work environment.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR to continually enhance Qiddiya's programs.
- Foster a coaching culture by providing mentoring and guidance to managers and employees.
