We are looking for Account Managers to join our growing team in the VoIP and Call Center Services sector. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication, technical coordination, and long-term satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned clients through regular communication.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle service renewals, upgrades, and assist with the onboarding of new services as needed.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
  • Track account performance and provide periodic updates and reports.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer support (preferably in VoIP or call center services).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Familiarity with VoIP or cloud contact center platforms is an advantage.
