AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to lead our SAP administration efforts and enhance our SAP environments. As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide SAP systems. You will have the opportunity to work on advanced SAP projects, streamline processes, and ensure the stability and availability of critical applications across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, configuration, and management of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, BW, and other modules.
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop and implement SAP landscape management strategies, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Oversee the administration of user roles, authorizations, and security measures within SAP systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to SAP systems and database management.
- Collaborate with development teams on integration projects and system enhancements.
- Document processes, create technical documentation, and provide training to junior team members.
- Stay current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on leading teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture and advanced administration techniques.
- Proven experience with SAP installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Strong familiarity with database systems, particularly HANA and Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, and experience collaborating across teams.
- SAP Basis certification is preferred.
