Director - Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Delivery to lead our project execution efforts across a range of groundbreaking developments. In this essential role, you will ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our company's vision for creating a unique and world-class entertainment destination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects within Qiddiya, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to develop and implement effective project strategies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement project governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress and proactively address any challenges that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and executives, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation within the delivery team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
